Our team at Party Center Software is constantly working to improve our product, improve our service, and improve support and training. To that end, we’re excited to announce that there will be a new Support website coming soon. We are moving to the Freshdesk platform, which comes with a lot of new features and advantages.
First, this new website will have improved layout and navigation. If you’re looking for a particular article or topic, it will be easier to quickly find the information that you’re looking for. Our online Knowledge Base has a lot of articles and how-to documents, so it’s important to be able to quickly search and find what you need. Plus, the website will be mobile responsive so you can easily navigate the site with a computer, tablet, or phone.
Perhaps the biggest feature that Freshdesk provides is online chat. When you log in to the new Support website, you will be able to chat with our team online 6 days a week. Over the last couple years, we’ve had a lot of feedback about people wanting to chat immediately instead of calling or sending an email. The online chat feature will allow us to be more efficient and provide quicker response times for your questions.
When this new Support website goes live, you will still be able to submit tickets, call us, or email us just as you’ve always done. But now the online chat will also be available if that’s your preferred method of contact.
We expect the new Support website to go live within the next couple months, and we’ll make an announcement when it’s ready.
