This tip simply plays on human psychology and how to get the most out of a business remodel without having to do a lot of work or spend a lot of money. As you’ll see, it’s amazing what a simple coat of paint can do for your facility.
This story comes from one of our customers who had a facility in a town for 30 years. The facility, located on a highway, was halfway between the “downtown” area and the suburban area where most of the residents lived. This meant a ton of traffic drove by their building every day. The owners decided to make some small changes to the outside of the facility. They painted the front of the building a different color, and resealed the blacktop parking lot – then repainted the parking lines.
